The CBN Europe office is located in Hereford, England and serves as the CBN headquarters for all of Eastern and Western Europe. Daily broadcasts of The 700 Club are seen throughout the region and a local counseling center responds to phone calls, letters, and
e-mails resulting from the broadcasts. In addition, the daily 700 Club program is translated into Romanian, Hungarian, and Ukrainian with follow-up centers in each respective country. Other programs are specifically produced for the region in Albanian, French, Dutch, German and Italian languages. To effectively provide follow-up for these broadcasts, CBN has affiliate offices in Albania, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, and Romania.
Through CBN WorldReach’s strategic partnership with Operation Blessing, various humanitarian programs are conducted in the region: disaster relief, medical missions, and fresh water projects. In Romania, a soup kitchen feeds more than 100 hungry elderly pensioners in the nation’s capital on a daily basis. Containers with relief supplies including food, furniture, toys, clothes, and shoes are shipped to Romania on a regular basis. CBN WorldReach has initiated Life Projects for Gypsy communities in Bulgaria. Examples of these include a rose growing cooperative and a goat breeding project , which provides food and income.
