It uses an abortion survivor to go after Obama's opposition to the "Born Alive Infants Protection Act" in Illinois.

The law would have required medical attention for babies born alive during an attempted abortion.

Obama's campaign told CBN News he was voting against it to protect Roe v. Wade and that he does not support infanticide.

Now Obama has released this response ad:

"Votes taken out of context accusing Obama of letting infants die? It's a despicable lie. Even the bill's Republican sponsor said it's untrue. Obama's always supported medical care to protect infants. McCain? He's running on a platform to ban abortion, even in cases of rape and incest."

But McCain says he does support abortion rights in cases of rape, incest or when the mother's life is in danger.

McCain does call Roe v. Wade a "flawed decision" that should be overturned and left to individual states to decide.
