Fred Tiess, C.E.C. (Certified
Executive Chef), C.C.I. (Certified Culinary Instructor),
F.M.P. (Food Management Professional), is an associate
instructor with the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson
& Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
His dry wit combined with his culinary expertise is
a winning combination that works well with the zany
antics of Louise DuArt. Chef Fred is married with
twin daughters. Residents of Matthews, North Carolina,
they faithfully serve God and their neighbors by doing
what they do best -- making great food.
